“Parallel” Pilot Wins WFH Remi!

Congratulations to series creators and writers Jai Aitch and Tammy “Taz” Diaz for winning a Remi in the Short Film Screenplay category at Worldfest – Houston (WFH). For the un-indoctrinated, (I think I made that word up), WFH is the world’s oldest festival dedicated solely to independent film.  The festival kicks off next week at the Westchase Marriott and AMC Dunvale in Houston. PDUS team members LaTeace Towns-Cuellar, Shedrick Cortez-Stokes and Marilyn Swick will be screening their winning films “Charlie’s Gift” and “Joy Comes in the Morning” on 4/24 and 4/25, respectively.

The PDUS team is excited about this win and looks forward to starting principal photography of the pilot soon. We still need funding, so if you are or know someone interested in being a part of a highly promising scifi series, send them our way!
